Finding My Order Details

You can find your order details (order number and its status) easily by ensuring the following:

1. Make sure that you log in to your account with the corresponding and correct E-mail address.

2. Please check your PayPal account to see if you placed the order by PayPal directly. If so, you can find “Invoice ID” in the payment information, which is your order number. This order information will not appear in your DressLily account. You can check it by logging into your account with PayPal E-mail address.
