How To Modify Items In My Order

The order information cannot be modified once the order is placed. Please see the conditions below:

 

1. If you haven’t paid the order:

You have to cancel it in your account and place an new one with the items you want.

 

2. If you have already paid the order:

Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that for the order which are “dispatched” or “shipped”, we cannot edit/exchange the items anymore.
