How To Track My Delivery

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you in your Rosegal account here and by email. 

 

To track your delivery, please click on the link indicated in the message. It will take you to the shipping vendor website (i.e UPS,Fedex,DHL or 17track.net). Then use the tracking number to follow your delivery.


Note: If you track your on parcel 17track.net you have 2 possibilities:

1. Your item was sent by registered mail

Please insert your tracking number at ther middle of the page as follows:

2. Your item was sent courier

Please select your order’s courier in the list as below:

I Don’t Have Any Tracking number! Why?  

As you know, we strive to guarantee our customers the lowest possible price. Orders will be sent without tracking numbers if both following conditions are met:

1.Your product value is under 30 USD.

2.You select flat rate shipping and haven’t purchased the tracking option during the check out.

Even though your delivery has no tracking number, please rest assured that all is well. Your package is still on its way. We ship thousands of packages every day that reach our customers easily without tracking number.
