Who is liable for Customs Clearance ?

As the importer customer is always liable for customs clearance and import duties

a.The products your have ordered are prohibited or cannot be imported in your country

b.You refuse to pay the tax and import duties

c. You are unable to provide specific licences/certification needed by the Customs


In such cases above, customer is responsible. DressLily will not offer any compensation no matter the item is being held or destroyed by the customs.
