Special Warranty Notes

-All returns must first be authorized by our customer support team. Once the return is approved, our team will provide with a RMA form. Returned items without an RMA form will not be accepted.

-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

-DressLily does not accept return and exchange for the following products: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under either the lingerie or swimwear categories.
