The Shipping address you will input when placing the order is extremely important.

Here are some tips to guarantee a smooth delivery:

1. Make sure your delivery address is 100% correct before placing the order 

You can edit the shipping address during the check out at this stage > “Payment &Shipping”>Click “Manage Address”.

2. After placing the order, please contact us immediately, if you find out any mistake

Please contact us here stating your order number and your correct delivery address. Unfortunately, editing the address book after placing your order without informing us will not work for placed orders. 

3. If your country does not have Zip code or Postal code please insert “0000”
